The Double Duty and Double Cross offer classic looks?and innovative technology. On the classic side the knives feature nickel bolsters brass and stainless-steel liners and polished hardwood handles. Each also has two hardworking AUS6A stainless-steel blades that provide good wear resistance toughness and a sharp edge. On the technological side both knives offer smooth one-handed opening. Both use a single locking liner to secure both blades which enables the knives to have slimmer profiles. Kershaw is the first manufacturer to employ a single locking liner to secure and release two blades. Previously a feature only found on custom-made knives it's available now from Kershaw.
