Special made Kanetsune Yanagiba Hocho. Unlike other Yanagiba hocho, this knife has a sword-shape tip that might make knife enthusiasts think of traditional Japanese Samurai swords. The bolster is made from dark-colored buffalo horn shaped into octagon to match its Magnolia handle. This Yanagiba is not for everybody, only for some people who appreciates the beauty of Japanese cutleries. Its blade is forged from two kinds of steel. (by joining the soft Jigane to the harder hagane.) After forging, hammering the Hagane becomes the cutting edge of the blade. (A single-beveled blade) (Saya is not included.)
